Request a consult by sending a text to (310)300-2804 or email request to consult@southbaymd.com.

STEP 2

You will receive a text/email with a brief questionnaire and follow up text/email confirming the consult. Once confirmed, you will receive a text/email payment link.

STEP 3

Dr. Hannon will initiate the consult. Phone consults will come directly to the provided phone number. Links for a video consult will be sent via text/email. House consults will take place at the address provided and at the time arranged with the patient via text/email.
