DO YOU PROCESS THESE VISITS THROUGH INSURANCE?

We do not process these visits through insurance, however a superbill can be generated upon request which patients submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. We can not guarantee coverage.

DO YOU TREAT PATIENTS OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA?

Yes, we conduct phone and video consults with patients in New York and Virginia.

ARE YOU ABLE TO ORDER BLOOD WORK AND XRAYS?

We are able to order blood work at any Quest lab location. We are able to order x-rays and other imaging tests at several nearby imaging centers.

WHAT AGES DO YOU TREAT?

We treat all ages.

DO YOU TAKE THE PLACE OF MY PRIMARY PHYSICAN?

Our main purpose of this practice is to provide medical care to children and adults for acute conditions that are commonly treated in urgent cares. We do not aim to take the place of your PCP. However, we are able to provide treatment regimens and short term medication refills in between your regularly scheduled appointments.

ARE YOU ABLE TO PRESCRIBE OR REFILL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES?

We are not able to prescribe or refill ANY controlled substances. These include but are not limited to narcotics, ADHD medications, benzodiazepines, sleeping aids, stimulants, lifestyle medications, or pseudoephedrine. It is entirely up to the doctor’s discretion which prescriptions are provided during a consult.

ARE YOU ABLE TO TREAT ALL ACUTE MEDICAL CONDITIONS?

While we are able to treat a large variety of acute medical conditions, we can not treat all of them. It is possible that after the initial consultation, we may recommend a higher level of care is needed - in an urgent care or an emergency room.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due at the time of service. Prices are listed on the website. Please review the pricing page before requesting a consult.
